摘要
目的探讨强化心理护理在推进优质护理服务活动中的实践方法与效果。方法加强护士专业素质及心理护理能力培训;在科室成立心理疏导小组,将心理护理贯穿整体护理始终的同时,重点加强入院时、检查治疗前、检查治疗后、出院前、随访时5个重要环节的心理护理;护士长每日跟班检查,结合每日工作小结对当天的心理护理情况进行点评,指导护士适时调整心理疏导方案;在实施强化心理护理后,在以往出院调查表的基础上增加心理护理调查内容,评价心理疏导效果。定期总结评价心理护理效果。结果护士的心理护理能力普遍提高,科室有2名主管护师利用业余时间参加了全国心理咨询师二级培训,其中1名通过理论技能考核和论文答辩取得了国家心理咨询师二级证书;科室护理质量明显提升,实现了护理服务零投诉,患者对护理工作满意度达98%以上。结论提升护理人员的专业素质和心理护理能力是强化心理护理的前提和保证,强化心理护理是推进优质护理服务活动的有益措施。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of strengthening psychological nursing in promoting quality nursing service.Methods Psychological nursing training was provided for nurses and a psychological nursing panel was established for the nursing guidance in different periods.Psychological nursing was offered for patients from the beginning of admission until discharge and follow-ups.Meanwhile,head nurses summarized the practice of psychological nursing regularly.Investigations were conducted as well to obtain patients’feedback on psychological nursing.Results In general,nurses’psychological nursing competence and nursing quality were improved significantly.Correspondingly,there existed no service complaints.Conclusion The improvement of nursing competence is indispensable for the strengthening of psychological care,which is effective to promote quality nursing demonstration project.
