摘要 磁共振波谱成像(MRS)是一种可在活体上无创性测定脑内代谢物质的技术,能在分子水平上反映脑内代谢物浓度的变化,可以从细胞水平上反映发育过程。1H-MRS在临床上对中枢神经系统疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要作用,系统回顾国内外近年来正常新生儿脑组织不同部位的MRS及与年龄变化相关的研究进展。
