摘要
目前国内生产N_2O_4的方法主要是直硝法,本文首次提出用间硝法来制备N_2O_4,并对整个工艺过程作出优化改良,取消了原直硝法硝酸反应釜及空分装置,减少了投资,实现了常压硝酸与高压硝酸的有机结合,充分发挥了装备的生产能力。另外,还采用国内外最先进的尾气处理装置,使其达到国家排放标准。
At present,the main method of preparing N_2O_4 is the method of direct nitric acid,this paper proposes the method of indirect nitric acid to produce N_2O_4 for the first time,and makes optimization and improvement in the entire technical process,calls off the nitric acid reactor and air separation equipments in the method of original direct nitric acid,reduces the investment,and achieves an organic combination of the normal pressure nitric acid and high pressure nitric acid,fully develops the production capacity of the equipments.In addition,we apply the most advanced exhaust gas treatment system at home and abroad to make it meet the national emission standards.
