急性血液稀释对全身重要脏器系统影响的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 "急性血液稀释"技术系1946年发现的一种自身输血方法。围术期血液稀释技术主要是指针对某些预计术中出血较多的手术,术前利用晶体液和胶体液将血液稀释到机体可以耐受的程度,在同样的出血情况下,红细胞丢失较少,从而达到减少临床用血,降低输血风险的目的。
