摘要
以呋喃树脂为粘结剂,以电煅煤和石墨为骨料,合成了施工温度为20±5℃下的铝用冷捣糊。通过性能检测可知,该冷捣糊优于国内厂家生产的冷捣糊,较国外还有一定差距。另外,利用红外和热重技术分别分析了不同碳化温度下呋喃树脂官能团变化和冷捣糊加热过程中的质量及热量变化,结果表明:碳化温度越高,树脂官能团消失的越完全;冷捣糊热重过程较复杂,可分为3个阶段。
Cold ramming paste of ramming temperature at 20±5℃ for aluminium electrolysis cell was synthesized with Furan resin as binder,electro-calcined anthracite and graphite as aggregate.It is much better than that of some domestic factories,but a concern gap between foreign products through properties tests.What's more,we used Infrared Spectrum(IR) and Thermo Gravimetry(TG) to analyze the change of functional groups of Furan resin at different carbonized temperatures,mass and thermo when heated,respectively.The results showed that the higher carbonization temperature,the more completely resin functional groups disappeared.TG of cold ramming paste is very complex and can be divided into three stages.
