摘要
对贵州某地区的含钛铝土矿进行了溶出研究,主要考查不同条件对矿石中Al2O3和TiO2溶出率的影响以及钛、铝溶出关系。结果表明,只需添加少量石灰,矿石中的钛在溶出过程便会生成扁平楔状的榍石,不会对矿物形成包裹,消除了钛对铝溶出的阻碍作用;较佳溶出条件为苛碱浓度245g/L,石灰添加量4%,温度240℃,溶出时间70min,该条件下,铝相对溶出率达到95%以上,钛溶出率仅为5.5%。
In a certain area in guizhou province of bauxite,main investigation of temperature and alkali concentration,lime add volume on the dissolution of Al2O3,TiO2 and the influence between titanium and aluminum.The experimental results show that in the dissolution process after the addition of lime red mud titanium form of existence for all,its morphology is sphene flat wedge shape,Sphene won't package bauxite,eliminate the negative influence of titanium.The best dissolution conditions for: alkali concentration 245 g/L,lime added 6%,temperature of 260 ℃ and the dissolution time 70 minutes,aluminum relative dissolution rate of more than 95% above,this time the titanium dissolution rate is about 5.5%.
