美国公民教育的实践模式及其对我国公民教育的启示——以美国公民教育中心“公民养成”项目为例 被引量:10

摘要 美国公民教育中心推出的"公民养成"项目鼓励学生积极参与社会政治生活,有效地增强了学生的政治效能感;以学生为主体,注重学生综合能力的培养;重视公民教育实施人员的素质与能力。我国的公民教育应为学生创设参与管理公共事务的机会,将公民教育落实到教育政策之中,加强对公民教育共性和特性的研究。
