摘要
目的:探讨专科护士的工作内容和工作方法,总结专科护士的实践模式。方法:采用半结构式访谈和非参与性观察,由研究者对上海市5家三甲综合性医院的9名专科护士进行半结构式访谈,随后选取其中3家医院的4名不同专业专科护士各自进行为期两周的非结构式非参与性观察,了解她们的工作内容和角色表现,进行跨个案比较和总结。结果:上海市专科护士的实践模式可以总结为个案管理模式和专业管理模式。结论:通过部分医院的摸索实践,专科护士的实践模式已初具雏形,需要进一步给予指导和规范,促进这支队伍更好更快地发展。
Objective： To explore the work style and practice pattern of specialty nurse.Methods： Semi-structure interview and non-participant observation were adopted.Semi-structure interviews were conducted among 9 specialty nurses from 5 tertiary level-A general hospitals.Then,4 nurses of different specialty from 3 hospitals received non-participant observation for the investigation of their work content and role performance,cross-case comparison and summary was taken at last.Results： The practice pattern of specialty nurses in Shanghai was summarized as case manage pattern and specialty manage pattern.Conclusion：The practice of specialty nursing is developing and taking shape through the attempt of some hospitals in Shanghai.Further guidance and regulations are needed for better and faster development of specialty nurses.
