摘要
探索一条高效的鸡毛竹叶子抗氧化物的提取工艺。以提取物清除DPPH自由基的半抑制浓度IC50为指标,在单因素试验的基础上采用L9(34)正交试验法对鸡毛竹叶子抗氧化物质的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度和提取时间对竹叶抗氧化物提取均具有显著影响,优化的鸡毛竹叶子抗氧化物的提取条件为:提取温度80℃,料液比1∶20,乙醇浓度90%,提取时间80 min,提取物清除DPPH自由基IC50为0.3098 mg/mL,提取物中含有总酚3.34%,总萜2.89%。为鸡毛竹叶的开发利用提供理论依据。
To develop an efficient method to extract antioxidants from Shibataea chinensis leaves,taking IC50,i.e.half inhibitory concentration for eliminating DPPH radical activity,as response indicator,and the L9(34) orthogonal test was made to optimize the extraction technology.Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 80℃,material/liquid ratio 1∶20,extraction duration 80 min and the ethanol concentration 90%,the IC50 of the extract was 0.3098 mg/mL,including total phenolics 3.34% and triterpenoids 2.89%.
