创伤及围手术期患者失血量的评估方法 被引量:7

摘要 失血量是指循环血容量的丢失量,包括血液中血浆和血细胞(主要是红细胞)的丢失,循环血容量丢失过多过快,机体得不到有效代偿和及时的体液补充,就可发生低血容量性休克.既往健康的患者接受外科手术而大量失血,未能及时有效地补充血容量,围手术期并发症的发生率明显增加,对于存在心肺脑疾病的患者围手术期并发症的发生更为明显,因此快速准确地评估失血量,对指导早期液体复苏,合理输血,维持有效循环容量具有极其重要的临床意义.
