摘要
[目的]研究麦秆100℃下甲醇和乙醇醇解产物的组成,并初步探索麦秆中三大组分在100℃的解聚情况。[方法]在100℃下对经过溶剂分级萃取后的麦秆进行甲醇解和乙醇解,用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析醇解产物。[结果]麦秆在100℃下甲醇和乙醇醇解得到的化合物种类和相对含量差异很大,麦秆100℃下甲醇解倾向于生成芳醛酮衍生物、芳醇衍生物和长链酰胺类化合物;乙醇解倾向于生成苯酚衍生物、脂肪酮、糖、苯衍生物和长链烷烃。[结论]麦秆中三大组分在100℃的醇解解聚情况不同,甲醇解和乙醇解皆以木质素解聚为主,但主要成分不同,而且甲醇解中的半纤维素的解聚程度明显低于乙醇解中的半纤维素的解聚程度。
[Objective]The compositional analysis of the liquid products from methanolysis and ethanolysis of wheat stalk at 100 ℃ was studied and the depolymerization of three components in wheat stalk was preliminary explored.[Method]Methanolysis and ethanolysis of wheat stalk extracted with solvents and the liquid products were analyzed by GC/MS.[Result]The results showed that the species and relative contents of the liquid products from methanolysis and ethanolysis of wheat stalk at 100 ℃ were different.Methanolysis of wheat stalk favored the formation of aromatic aldehydes and ketone derivatives,aromatic alcohol derivatives and long-chain acid amides.Ethanolysis of wheat stalk favored the formation of phenol derivatives,aliphatic ketones,saccharides,benzene derivatives and long-chain alkane.[Conclusion]The depolymerization of lignin,hemicellulose and cellulose in wheat stalk were different.Methanolysis and ethanolysis of wheat stalk were primarily the cleavage of lignin,but the major components were different.The extent of methanolysis of hemicelluloses in wheat stalk was obviously lower than the methanolysis of wheat stalk.
