经颅磁刺激治疗神经系统疾病的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 经颅磁刺激(TMS)是一种可以对大脑皮质、脊髓神经根及周围神经进行无创电刺激的技术,可以通过改变神经元兴奋性进而调节大脑皮质各区域的功能。近10余年来,许多研究者尝试运用这一技术治疗神经疾病,包括运动障碍疾病、脑卒中、癫痫、耳鸣、神经痛、抑郁症、偏头痛等。本文在此简介经颅磁刺激的原理,并对其在治疗神经疾病中的研究进展进行综述。
