摘要
为满足电网备用调度体系和信息容灾体系建设的需要,在现有通信网基础上,对全省通信网结构、通道组织、设备配置等进行改造完善,构建省网、地区第二汇聚点,形成逐级双汇聚、双上联的高可靠容灾体系架构,确保任一节点失效时电网调度电话、调度数据、管理信息数据等业务不受影响。
In order to meet the needs of the construction of the backup dispatching system and information disaster recovery system, based on the communication network being used, the structure of Henan power communication network, channel organization, equipment configuration have to be improved, which may construct the second convergence point of Henan network and the region network. The highly reliable disaster recovery architecture of double convergence, double upload level by level is to be created to ensure the safety of dispatching calls, dispatching data, information data management and so on when any node fails.
