摘要
战略性新兴产业是以重大技术突破和发展需求为基础,对经济社会全局和长远发展具有引领带动作用,知识技术密集、物质资源消耗少、成长潜力大、综合效益好的产业。培育和发展战略性新兴产业是黑龙江省应对国际金融危机、转变经济发展方式的迫切需要。正确分析战略性新兴产业过程中存在的问题和挑战并提出对策建议,是实现黑龙江省经济社会健康可持续发展的客观要求。
Strategic emerging industries are those that are profitable and knowledge-technology-intensive industries with a low resource consumption and also growth potential power,which are based on major technological breakthrough and great developing demand and can bring a rare opportunities for the long-term development of economic society.Fostering and developing strategic emerging industries should be made,because it is pressingly urgent for Heilongjiang to response the international financial crisis and change the way of economic development.To correct analysis of current situation should be made to offer solutions on the existing problems and challenges during of developing newly strategic industries,which is the objective requirement for Heilongjiang to promote healthily sustainable economic and social development.
