摘要
采用多功能板料成形机,研究了铁素体/贝氏体双相钢的延伸凸缘性能与铁素体晶粒尺寸、贝氏体体积分数、制样工艺、扩孔工艺之间的关系,并与铁素体/马氏体双相钢的试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,钢的组织形态和制样工艺对延伸凸缘性能影响显著,减少钢中各相强度差和改善孔缘状态可有效提高延伸凸缘性能。
The effect of grain size of ferrite,volume fraction of bainite,processing of sample preparation and hole-expansion on the stretch-flange ability of ferrite-bainite dual phase steel were investigated with multifunction plate forming machine.The results showed that the differences of microstructure and processing of sample preparation affected stretch-flange ability significantly,which could be increased by reducing strength difference of phases in steel and improving the flange edge condition.
