摘要
永磁无刷直流电动机是新一代高性能的驱动电机,它高效、节能、控制简单,已在变频空调中得到很好的应用。传统无刷直流电动机控制器结构及控制策略复杂、成本高、节能效果不明显。文中提出了一种采用dsPIC30F2010作为控制芯片、FSBS10CH60SPM智能功率模块的无刷直流电机控制器设计方案。该控制器具有体积小、成本低的优点,可以广泛的应用于直流变频节能空调中。
The permanent magnet brushlese DC motor has been a very good application in variable frequency air conditioning as an advanced drive motor, with the features of high efficiency, low cost and simple operation. The traditional control strategy and structure of brushless DC motor control system are complicated, costly and power -wasting. In this paper, an control system with the control core of dsPIC30F2020 and intelligent power module FSBS10CH6OSPM was designed. This design has smaller volume and lower cost, and can be widely used in variable frequency air conditioning.
