摘要 动物感染耐药菌的问题日趋受到人们的关注,而人和动物及农业生产中滥用抗生素则是导致耐药菌产生的根本原因。为此,世界各国严格限制人和动物临床使用抗生素,还限制或禁止畜牧业生产中在饲料中添加抗生素。但这又会给畜牧业生产带来一定的影响。于是,众多学者探索寻找用有机酸、益生素或益生菌替代抗生素的产品,令这些替代品既不产生抗药性,又能促进畜禽健康生长的途径,极大地提高现代动物生产效率。 The problem of human beings and animals being infected with antibiotic-resistant bacteria has attracted increasingly great attention throughout the world.The occurrence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria is mainly caused by the clinical abuse of antibiotics in human beings and animals and the abuse in agricultural production.As a result,the clinical use of antibiotics in human beings and animals has been required to be standardized in many countries.Besides,all countries in the world have taken measures to impose restrictions on or prohibit putting adding antibiotics into animals' food or feed in husbandry production.But it is thought that this practice can also produce negative effects on husbandry production.Therefore,researchers and scholars are looking for alternatives to replace antibiotics,which would be able to promote animals' health and growth performance without any induction of the occurrence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.This article is aimed at summarizing the researchers and scholars' study results and offer reference for further study.
