摘要
生态系统具有开放性、非平衡性和非线性,能通过涨落的调节达到新的有序。生态系统是一个具有耗散结构功能的系统。生态文明建设要求人类在发展经济的同时,必须加强生态伦理教育,改变发展模式,转变消费观念,建设环境法制才能保护好生态环境,才能以自然资源为基础,与生态环境的承载力相协调。只有保持生态系统结构功能的完整,才能保证生态系统的可持续生存与发展,才能增强人类社会经济系统的可持续发展能力,才能建设好中国的生态文明。
The eco-system,which is of openness,balance and nonlinear,tends to reach a new order through its fluctuation adjusting.Functionally,the eco-system has its own dissipative structure.In human beings developing their economy,only when the construction of eco-civilization incorporates strengthening the education of eco-ethics,changing the mode of development,renewing the concept on consumption and constructing the environmental legality can the eco-environment be protected and the natural resources cohere with the bearing capacity of eco-environment.And only when the function of the eco-system is maintained as whole can the eco-system sustainably exist and develop,the ability for the economic system of human society to develop sustainably be strengthened,and the eco-civilization be well constructed.
