摘要
在产业结构调整和经济转型升级的背景下,长三角区域一体化已上升为国家区域发展战略,高端人才集聚成为长三角地区高层次一体化的主要推力。此文着重研究长三角高端人才集聚的理论支撑、问题所在和机制创新,并且提出了四大理论依据,指出构建长三角高端人才集聚的四大平台。最后,针对上述问题提出相关政策建议。
In the background of industrial structure adjustment and the economic transformation, the issue of the integration of Yangtze River Delta has risen to national regional development strategy. High - end talent assembling in Yangtze River Delta becomes the main thrust of. the high level integration. Therefore, this paper focuses on theory, problem and mechanism innovation of the Yangtze River Delta high - end talent assembling. And the paper puts forward four major theoretical basis, and points out that the construction of four platforms of the Yangtze River Delta high -end talent assembling. Finally,this paper puts forward some relevant policies.
