摘要
以接种量和酸碱度为条件,以菌丝干重为指标研究不同条件对滑菇菌丝生长量的影响。结果表明:接种量10mL、pH 7时滑菇液体培养菌丝生物量最高。
In the condition of vaccination quantity and pH value,used dry weight of mycelium as the indexes to study on the different conditions'effects on the mass growth of Pholiota nameko mycelium.The results showed that the mycelium's live weight reached the peak when thevaccination quantity was 10 mL and the pH value was 7.
