摘要
利用CFD技术对旋流分离器进行了数值研究,探讨了适用于旋流器的计算模型,包括紊流模型,多相流模型的选取和内部空气柱的计算方法。以锥形旋流器为例进行了数值计算,获得了旋流器的内部流场细节,对于旋流器的优化设计以及分离性能预测有着重要的指导作用。
Using CFD technology, numerical research on cyclone separator was done. The computational model for cyclone separation was discussed, which include turbulent model, multiphase model and air core computational method. Finally, as an example, a normal cone cyclone separator was simulated. The inner flow field detailed information was obtained, which is useful for the optimum design and separation performance prediction.
