摘要
作物秸秆是重要的生物质资源,具有不可忽略的经济价值,但随着农村生活水平和生产方式的变化,焚烧秸秆现象愈演愈烈。利用实地调查数据,实证分析了农户秸秆处置方式选择的影响因素。研究结果表明:农户露天焚烧秸秆行为主要受户主是否村干部、家庭收入水平、种植规模、耕地离家远近、政府督察力度、秸秆还田补贴政策是否落实到位和附近有无秸秆收购点等因素共同决定;户主年龄、户主受教育程度和家庭外出务工人数对农户秸秆处置方式选择不存在显著性影响。
As an important kind of biomass resources,crop straws boast non-ignorable value.With the living standards rising and the mode of production evolving,burning crop straws on the farmland looms large.Utilizing the field survey data from 264 farmers in Yancheng city in Jiangsu province,this paper empirically analyzed farmers＇ decision on how to handling straws and its main determinants.The paper demonstrated that whether household head is village cadre,family income situation,scale cultivation,land distance from home,supervision of the local government,whether straw subsidies are in place and whether set up straw purchasing spot in the vicinity have a significantly influence on farmer＇s choice of straw disposal,but they have different influence degree,underlying mechanism,and statistical significance.However,the age of household head,the level of education of household head and the number of migrants in family have no significantly influence on farmer＇s choice of straw disposal.
