摘要
海洋立管形式复杂多样,建立通用的有限元模型比较困难。安装过程中,必须考虑海洋立管提吊的强度。基于ANSYS二次开发语言UIDL和APDL,开发了海洋立管提吊的专用模块。采用UIDL开发界面,应用APDL语言编写命令流,实现了多种复杂形式的立管提吊分析模型建立及强度计算功能,解决了计算过程中刚度矩阵奇异性问题。工程实例计算和与其他软件计算结果表明,基于ANSYS二次开发的立管提吊强度分析程序是可行的。
There are many forms of vertical pipeline, so it is difficuh to build a universal finite element model. During the installation, the strength of lifting vertical pipeline must be considered. Based on ANSYS's redevelopment language, the special module of the lifting of vertical pipeline is developed. The interfaces are made by using UIDL and the parametric commands are programmed by APDL. The function of establishing multiple forms of vertical pipeline and strength analysis is achieved, the singularity of stiffness matrix is solved in the computational process. The engineering calculation results and those obtained by use of other softwares show that the program of lifting of vertical pipeline based on the ANSYS's redevelopment language is reliable.
