摘要
实验室工作遵循职业伦理有利于实现实验资源合理配置、实现可持续发展。方法如下:本着职业伦理原则,统一规划,优化资源配置,杜绝不合理购置;制定一系列设备使用标准和规程;注重加强仪器的日常维护、保养、校正;实施职业伦理教育,使实验者自觉遵守职业伦理。
Laboratory work follows the principles of occupational ethics should be benefit for the reasonable allocation of experiment resources and the sustatnable development. The methods are as following： making plans organizationally, improving the allocation of resources and prohibiting the unreasonable purchases based on the principles of occupational ethics;formulating a series of standards and regulations for the devices usages;laying emphasis on strengthening the routine maintenance, care and calibration of the instruments;carrying out occupational ethics education and leading the experimenters to abide by it.
