摘要
人文关怀在医疗服务中具有重要意义。在社区慢性心力衰竭患者的管理中树立人文关怀的理念,在工作中遵循患者第一原则、知情同意原则、身心统一原则、最优化原则等,有助于缓解患者的心理不良反应,建立良好的医患关系,提高患者的生存质量。
The new medical model indicates that humanistic care plays an important role in medical treatment. The idea of humanistic care should be emphasized in the management of patients with chronic heart failure in the community. The principles such as patient first principle, medical informed consent principle, body and mind unified principle, optimization principle should be followed. Humanistic care can help us to relieve the patients＇mental problems, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, and improve the quality of patients＇ living.
