摘要
研究了某出口车型整车排放标定的完整过程。通过对排放法规的学习和研究,找出国内和出口地法规的异同点,从而提出有针对性的应对技术方案。通过统计分析每1 s采集数据、标定软件数据和标定过程,最终使新鲜催化器的排放指标达到限值的58%以下,老化催化器的排放指标控制在限值的90%以下,达到了工程开发的目标要求。
A complete emissions calibration process for an export vehicle is described in this paper. In order to find the different key points in emission regulations between the domestic and export area, two emission regulations are studied. After that, the technical solution is drawn up responding to the emission regulation in export area. Based on analysis of statistical exprimental data and calibra- tion software data, the fine calibration is carried out. The experimental results show that with fresh catalyst, the emission index can reach 58% below the legislation limitation, and with aged catalyst, the emissions index can reach 90% below the legislation limitation. The project development objectives are met. The work described in this paper can provide development experience for similar projects and with it the projects development period can be shortened.
