摘要
为加强高等院校住宅专项维修资金管理工作,采用归纳、总结的规范分析方法研究了问题成因与解决思路。从思想观念、制度建设、管理实践与实施效益各方面深入剖析了高校公有住房销售后住宅专项维修资金管理中存在的问题,并初步探讨了加强高校住宅专项维修资金管理的对策与建议。研究结论有助于国内各高校加强住宅专项维修资金管理。
In this paper,the current situation of special maintenance funds management after the sale of public housing in the universities has been discussed.Ways to handle the situation have been put forward.According to the analysis of the problems in the management of special housing maintenance funds in universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the management.
