摘要
常见的DC/DC变换器的动态特性分析仅针对负载发生一次跳变的情况,对负载发生多次连续跳变的情况的分析处理尚不多见。论文以Buck同步整流电路为例,分析了在负载连续跳变的情况下的动态特性,并提出基于电容电荷平衡原理的控制算法。论文采用电压模式与电容电荷平衡两种控制算法进行对比仿真研究,仿真结果验证了在负载连续跳变的情况下,提出的基于电容电荷平衡的控制算法显著改善了Buck变换器的动态特性。
The common dynamic characteristics analysis of DC / DC converter is only for the situation of the load once step. Nevertheless, the analysis of those when there are continuous load step is still rare. The synchronous rectifier Buck converter was taken as an example to analyze the dynamic characteristics when the transition occurred in the continuous load step, and a control algorithm based on the principle of capacitor charge balance is introduced. The simulations of the Buck converter which adopted voltage-mode control and capacitor charge balance control were conducted respectively for comparative study. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed capacitor charge balance control could improve the dynamic characteristics of the Buck converter significantly in the event that the transition exists in continuous load step.
