摘要
论述了目前常用油井水泥缓凝剂的类型、特性及作用机理,对有机物类缓凝剂和聚合物类缓凝剂的特性及发展进行了对比总结,并综述了高温缓凝剂的研究进展。讨论了油井水泥缓凝剂的发展趋势、面临的问题以及使用建议。提出应重点研究开发适应大温差、对水泥石强度无影响、掺量与稠化时间呈线性关系、易于施工调配、适用于超高温固井的缓凝剂。不但要研究新型有机磷酸盐及新型聚合物,而且要重视对已有缓凝剂或新研发的产品复配应用的研究。尤其应尝试通过复配应用来扩大单独使用性能有局限的产品的适用温度范围,提高其综合性能。
In this paper,the commonly used oil well cement retarders are summarized,from the aspects of types,characteristics and mechanisms,also the organic and polymer retarders are compared,as well as the research progress of high-temperature retarder is reviewed.Meanwhile,the development trends,problems and recommendations of the retarders are discussed.Moreover,the further research of retarders should be strengthened on large range of temperature difference,no effect on cement strength,linear relationship of content and thickening time,operating easily,and appling to ultra high temperature cementing job.At last,not only new types of organic phosphate and polymers should be studied,but also the compound application of existing retarder or new products should be paid more attention.Especially for the performance limitations due to use alone,that could try to expand the temperature range and improve the overall performance.
