摘要
为了让计算机声卡能直接采集标准范围内的直流电压信号(-10~+10 V),在分析声卡工作原理的基础上介绍了对声卡外部电路进行改造的方法,并给出了改造后声卡在直流电机运动控制实验系统中的应用。改造后的声卡性能稳定、灵活通用,满足了一般的工程测量和实验教学的使用要求,可作为商用数据采集卡的廉价替代方案,为普通声卡在数据采集相关的工程测量和实验教学中的应用开辟出一条新的途径。
A method for modifying circuit of sound card to realize DC voltage ( - 10 - + 10 V) measurement is described based on analyzing its working principle. The modified sound card is applied in I)C motor motion control experiment system. The card has many advantages, such as stable performance and flexible commonali- ty. It meets application requirement of engineering measurement and experiment teaching, and so it can substitute for commercial data acquisition card in these situations. Thus it puts forward a low-cost and convenient data acquisition instrument for engineering measurement and experiment teaching.
