Research and application of the deep profile control techology in fractured reservoirs with extra-low permeability

摘要 针对腰英台油田特低渗透裂缝油藏地质特点,开展了深部调剖技术先导试验研究。室内筛选了预交联体膨颗粒复合堵剂及配方组合,并模拟油藏条件(不同温度、矿化度)进行了适用性评价。自2010年9月以来,累计开展了4个井组的现场试验,平均单井注入堵剂1 043 m3,地层注水压力平均上升10 MPa,吸水指数大幅度下降,对应井组见到不同程度的增油效果。试验结果表明,采用合适的调堵工艺技术能有效地封堵地层裂缝水窜通道,为腰英台油田中高含水期稳油控水提供了必要的技术手段。 Deep profile control pilot test was carried out in the fractured reservoirs with extra-low permeability of Yaoyingtai oilfield.This paper screened indoor pre-gelled swellable particle composite plugging agent and recipe combination,and evaluated the applicability of the technology by simulating reservoir conditions(different temperature and mineralization).Since September 2010,field test has been carried out in four well groups with 1 043 m3 plugging agent injected per well on average,water flooding pressure up 10 MPa on average,injectivity index dropping drastically,and the output of corresponding wells increasing to different degree.Test results showed that the water channeling ways in formation fracture could be effectively sealed by adopting appropriate water plugging and profile control technology.The test also provided necessary technical means for the production stabilization and water-cut control of Yaoyingtai oilfield in its mid-high water cut period.
