摘要
由于大部分醇醚类溶剂的化学结构中含有羟基官能团,在胺类催化剂的作用下是会迅速与多异氰酸酯产生化学反应的。因此在水性涂料配方的设计,特别是双组份聚氨酯体系中原料的选择时应该注意尽量避免有太多的副反应产生,使最终以良好的状态交联成膜。
The chemical structure in most of the glycol aether solvent contain hydroxyl group,they could rapidly react with the polyisocyanated while catalyst inside together,such as amine.In order to a good film forming,the material that leads to an obvious side reaction should be avoided as less as possible in a waterborne PU system development.
