摘要
高等学校是国家创新型人才培养的重要基地。改革开放以来,我国高等教育取得了令人瞩目的成就,但和世界上的优秀大学相比,在创新能力方面还存在相当大的差距。文章针对我国高校化工专业在创新人才培养方面存在的弊端,提出了几点建议。
Universities are important base of training innovative talent.Since reform and opening-up,Chinese higher education has made remarkable achievements.However,compares with the best universities around the world,there are wide gaps in the innovation ability.In view of the drawbacks existed in cultivation of creative talent at Chinese universities,some advice on cultivation of creative talent is put forward.
