肾系膜细胞与糖尿病肾病变的相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最常见而又最难治的微血管并发症,其基本病理改变为细胞外基质(extracellularmatrix,ECM)积聚和基底膜的增厚。肾小球系膜细胞病变是糖尿病肾病最突出的病理改变之一,它是糖尿病肾病(DN)致病因子作用的主要靶细胞。在糖尿病状态下,对肾小球系膜细胞功能的研究对阐明DN发病机理具有重要意义。 Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the most common and most intractable diabetic microvascular complications,the basic pathological changes is the extracellular matrix(extracellularmatrix,ECM)accumulation and basement membrane thickening.GIomerularmesangialcells lesions is one of the most prominent pathological changes of diabetic nephropathy,it is diabetic nephropathy(DN)the role of pathogenic factors of the main target cells.In the diabetic state,the research of gIomerularmesangialcells function has an important role in clarifing the pathogenesis of DN.
