摘要
在构建农业大学学报评价指标体系的基础上,基于TOPSIS方法给出一种避免确定指标权重的农业大学学报评价方法,并用实例验证该方法的可行性和合理性。
Based on the construction of the evaluation indicator system on journals of agricultural university,an evaluation method which avoids the determination of the index weight was presented based on TOPSIS,and the example was used to verify the feasibility and rationality of this method.
