血清IL-6、Hcy测定对易损斑块的鉴别诊断价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价血清IL-6、Hcy水平对易损斑块的诊断价值。方法 186例住院冠心病患者根据血管内超声(IVUS)结果分为易损斑块组(91例)和稳定斑块组(95例),分别进行白介素-6(IL-6)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)测定,并将测得的IL-6、Hcy结果与IVUS结果比较。结果 (1)IL-6在易损斑块组高于稳定斑块组(P<0.001);Hcy在易损斑块组明显高于稳定稳定斑块组(P<0.01)。(2)以Hcy≥15μmol/L,322.96pg/ml≤IL-6<407.65pg/ml,对诊断易损斑块的特异性、敏感性及准确性均较高。结论血清Hcy、IL-6水平可以反映斑块的易损性,其水平在易损斑块组明显高于稳定斑块组;以血清Hcy≥15μmol/L,同时322.96pg/ml≤IL-6<407.65pg/ml作为分级标准,对诊断易损斑块具有较高的特异性、敏感性和准确性。
