达芬奇机器人手术系统在胃癌手术中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 微创外科以腹腔镜技术为代表,已在临床上得到广泛应用,在胃肠外科领域,腹腔镜胃癌手术近年有了较大进展,并取得较好的临床疗效,现已逐渐成为胃癌外科治疗的重要方式。近年,达芬奇机器人手术系统问世并投入临床应用,被誉为微创外科发展的里程碑。由于该手术系统具有除颤和3D成像等特点,因而将腹腔镜胃癌手术的可操作性、安全性、根治性提升到了新的高度。
