摘要
目的:通过对副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)食物中毒分离株菌群菌型、毒力基因、耐药性检测分析,掌握VP血清群型、毒力基因及耐药状况。方法:按国标方法进行分离鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B法,毒力基因采用普通PCR法。结果:341株VP分属9个血清群15种血清型,前四位占96.19%,依次是O3、O4、O1、O2血清群,余五个血清群占3.81%。血清型以O3:K6为主,O4:K8型次之。282株VP携带tdh,仅1株携带trh,58株不携带毒力基因,无同时携带tdh和trh菌株。341株VP对诺氟沙星、复方新诺明、阿米卡星、头孢噻肟、妥布霉素5种抗生素100%敏感,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、庆大霉素、环丙沙星耐药程度各异。结论:本区VP引起的食物中毒以O3:K6型为主;82.69%的VP携带tdh;诺氟沙星、复方新诺明、阿米卡星、头孢噻肟、妥布霉素是临床首选的抗生素。
Objective:Through the detection and analysis of bacteria serotype,virulence genes and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP) in food poisoning isolated strains,to gain the knowledge of VP serogroup type,virulence genes and drug resistance situation.Methods: According to national standard method to isolate and identify VP,KB method was used to do drug sensitive test,and ordinary PCR method was used to deal with virulence genes.Results: 341 VP belong to nine serogroups and fifteen types of serotypes,the top four accounted for 96.19%,which were O3,O4,O1,O2 serogroup,and the other five serogroups accounted for 3.81%.The serotypes are mainly O3: K6 type,followed by O4: K8 type.282 VP carry tdh,and only one carries trh,58 VP do not carry virulence genes,while no strains carry both tdh and trh.341 VP are 100% sensitive to norfloxacin,cotrimoxazole,amikacin,cefotaxime,tobramycin and have varied drug resistances to amoxicillin,ampicillin,cephalothin,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin.Conclusion: The food poisonings caused by VP are O3: K6-type-based;82.69% of VP carry tdh;norfloxacin,cotrimoxazole,amikacin,cefotaxime,tobramycin are the preferred clinical antibiotics.
