摘要
天津津塔工程核心筒钢板剪力墙是当今全球最高的纯钢板剪力墙体系。从焊接方案分析、焊接节点优化设计、焊接工艺措施、焊接应力监测、焊接质量分析、焊接材料的选用等各方面阐述津塔钢板剪力墙在结构荷载下的焊接技术,尝试将振弦式应力传感器应用于焊接应力监测,结合焊接应力监测结果改进焊接应力控制措施,强调焊接过程中规避焊接裂纹的发生以及对过程中发生的焊接裂纹的分析处理。
The steel plate shear wall (SPSW) in core tube of the Tianjin Jin Tower project is the highest steel plate shear wall (SPSW) on the world nowadays. The corresponding welding techniques on SPSW of the Tianjin Jin Tower, which bearing with a structure load, were summarized and expatiated from various aspects, i.e. the design schemes analysis of welding, optimization design of welding joints and welding procedures, welding stress monitoring and quality analysis, the selection of welding materials, and the vibrating string stress sensor was attempted to apply in the process of welding stress monitoring, these monitoring data then were used to improve the control measures of welding stress again. It was found that avoiding weld cracks as well as dealing and analyzing weldin~ defects in time were emohasized durin~ the orocess of constructin~ the SPSW of Tianiin ]in Tower oroiect.
