Anze County Yuhua coal company LTD in linfen City is a single mine, and its name after reorganization is Shanxi Anze Yuhua coal Co., LTD. This paper analyzes the features of the company’s merger and reorganization and the resource conditions and external conditions for its merger and reorganization, and draws the conclusion that the project has the feasibility for construction.
