摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司芳烃联合装置低温热的回收和利用情况,通过对装置内歧化甲苯塔、重整油分馏塔和异构化脱庚烷塔等分馏塔顶流程的优化改造,利用低温余热,输出热水资源并靠提高除氧水温度增加自产蒸汽量,实现了芳烃联合装置内部、芳烃联合装置与炼油装置之间的低温热联合利用,装置能耗下降了1.26 GJ/t,每年节省20 kt燃料油。为进一步充分利用低温热资源,计划在吸附分离单元抽出液塔首次实施低温热的回收利用,实现芳烃联合装置低温热资源输送至厂区外企业,装置能耗可降低753.62 MJ/t,对于芳烃联合装置吸附分离单元的技术改造和新建装置的设计均具有重要的示范作用。
The recovery and re-utilization of low-temperature heat from p-xylene aromatic complex are described.After optimization revamping of overhead process of toluene transalkylation column,the low-temperature heat is utilized to provide hot water source and the temperature of deaerated water is raised to increase steam production.As the result,the low-temperature heat within the aromatic unit and in connection with other process units are integrally utilized,the energy consumption of the unit is reduced by 1.26 GJ/t and the annual saving is 20,000 tons of standard oil.To further utilize the low-temperature heat,it is planned to recover the low-temperature from absorption and separation units to be sent to the users outside of the plant.This will further reduce the energy consumption by 753.62 MJ/t.It will provide a good demonstration for the revamping of absorption system of existing aromatic unit and design of grass-roots units.
