将精益管理理念引入综合性医院门诊为部队服务工作;使用精益管理工具,评估门诊为部队服务工作;通过改善服务流程和新增服务措施,提高为部队服务工作水平。
Refined management was used in the service for out-patients from military in comprehensive hospital.The assessment of the service was concluded by using the refined management instruments.The service level could be elevated through the measurements of improving the service pathway and increasing the service measures.
