人工晶状体植入术后的视野变化

摘要 白内障可导致视力下降和视野的光敏感度改变,其表现为平均缺损值升高,但模式标准差无明显改变。白内障术后人工晶状体眼在视力变化的同时视野也有相应的改变,不同类型的人工晶状体(如球面与非球面人工晶状体、多焦点人工晶状体、滤光类人工晶状体等)对视野的影响也有所不同,植入人工晶状体后青光眼患者视野的改变对青光眼的诊疗评估更有价值。本文就白内障患者植入人工晶状体后其视野的变化特点做一综述。
