摘要
目的探讨激光光凝联合施图伦滴眼液治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法 68例99眼单纯期糖网患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组观察组34例50眼,采用激光光凝联合施图伦滴眼液治疗,B组对照组34例49眼,单纯采用激光光凝治疗。结果观察组在接受治疗的50眼中,视力提高43眼(86.0%):对照组在接受治疗的49眼中,视力提高26眼(53.0%)。黄斑区水肿消退,观察组50眼中,水肿消退47眼(94.0%),对照组49眼中,水肿消退26眼(53.1%),两组比较P<0.05,观察组优于对照组。结论激光光凝与施图伦滴眼液结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变及黄斑水肿,临床效果明显优于单纯激光治疗。
Objetive To study the effect of Slullen eye drops combined with laser photocoagulation in treating diabetic retinopathy（DR）.Methods 68 cases（99 eyes） with non-proliferalive diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into A,B groups,A group of 34 cases（50 eyes） were treated by laser photocoagulation and Stullen eye drops：B group of 34 patients（49 eyes） were treated only by laser photocoagulation.Results Visual acuity of group A was improved in 43 eyes（86.0%）,while group B improved in 26 eyes （53.0%）.Macular edema of groups A was alleviated in 47 eyes（94.0%）,while group B in 26 eyes（53.1%）.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Laser photocoagulation combined with Stullen eye drops could treat diabetic retinopathy and macular edema effectively.
