摘要
针对多连杆机械式压力机,采用模块化方法构建其传动部分数学模型,得到压力机工作机构滑块的运动方程;根据运动方程,利用仿真软件Matlab得出滑块的位移、速度、加速度曲线。用三维软件Soldworks构建传动部分三维模型,应用动力学分析软件Adams对模型进行动力学分析,对比两种结果,得出该结构适用于深拉伸加工工艺,模具在拉伸工作区的冲击很小,满负荷时工作区域长。
A mathematical model of transmission parts of the multi-link mechanical press was established with modularization method.The motion equation of operating mechanism slide block in the mechanical press was obtained.According to the equation,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the slider is acquired with the the simulation software Matlab.Three-dimensional model of the drive section is established by 3D software Soldworks.The dynamics analysis is done with Adams.The conclusion achieved by comparison of the two results indicates that the structure is applied to deep drawing processing technic.
