摘要
目的:研究口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中Pokemon、Ku70的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法:采用免疫组化En-vision二步法检测Pokemon、Ku70在47例口腔鳞状细胞癌组、20例正常口腔黏膜组中的表达。结果:1)Pokemon在口腔鳞状细胞癌组及正常口腔黏膜组中阳性表达率分别为:68.1%(32/47)、25.0%(5/20),P<0.05。高分化组与中低分化组Pokemon的阳性表达率分别为45.0%、85.2%(P<0.05)。不同TNM的口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中,Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期组、Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期组Pokemon的阳性表达率分别为88.0%、45.5%(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移组、无淋巴结转移组Pokemon的阳性表达率分别为86.7%、35.5%(P<0.05)。2)Ku70在口腔鳞状细胞癌组及正常口腔黏膜组中阳性表达率分别为:61.7%(29/47)、30.0%(6/20),P<0.05。高分化组与中低分化组Ku70的阳性表达率分别为55.0%、66.7%(P>0.05)。不同TNM分期的口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中,Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期组、Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期组Ku70的阳性表达率分别为72.0%、50.0%(P>0.05)。有淋巴结转移组、无淋巴结转移组Ku70的阳性表达率分别为73.3%、35.5%(P<0.05)。结论:提示Pokemon及Ku70在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展中起重要作用;Pokemon与Ku70可能成为判定口腔鳞状细胞癌预后的生物标志物。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of Pokemon,Ku70 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods: Immunohistochemical Envision method was used to detect the expression of Pokemon and Ku70 in 47 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of nasal polyp,and to retrospectively analyze their correlations to the clinicopathologic characteristics of OSCC.Results: Positive rates of Pokemon in OSCC group and normal oral mucosa group are 68.1%(32/47) and 25.0%(5/20) respectively(P0.05).Positive rates of Pokemon between high differentiation and low-middle groups are 45.0% and 85.2% respectively(P0.05).In different TNM of OSCC,Ⅰstage +Ⅱstage group,and Ⅲ stage +Ⅳstage group,positive rates of Pokemon are 88.0% and 45.5% respectively,and the difference is of statistic significance(P0.05).The positive expression rate of Pokemon in OSCC tissues with or without lymphatic metastasis is 86.7% and 35.5% respectively(P0.05).Positive rates of Ku70 in OSCC group and normal oral mucosa group is 61.7%(29/47)and 30.0%(6/20)respectively(P0.05).In different types of NPC issues,positive rates of Ku70 between high differentiation and low-middle groups are 55.0% and 66.7% respectively(P0.05).In different TNM of OSCC,Ⅰstage +Ⅱstage group,and Ⅲ stage +Ⅳstage group,positive rates of Ku70 are 72.0% and 50.0% respectively(P0.05).The positive rates of Ku70 in NPC tissues with or without lymphatic metastasis are 73.3% and 35.5% respectively(P0.05).Conclusion: Pokemon and Ku70 may play an important role in OSCC occurrence and development.Pokemon and Ku70 may become prognostic biomarker.
