采用析因设计方法研究槲皮素和没食子酸对芒果苷镇咳作用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:芒果苷、槲皮素和没食子酸都是芒果叶的主要成分,含量均超过2%。本研究探讨芒果苷分别与槲皮素、没食子酸合用时,在镇咳作用上是否存在交互影响。方法:小鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为生理盐水组,生理盐水+芒果苷组(0.1 g.kg-1),生理盐水+槲皮素组(0.1 g.kg-1),生理盐水+芒果苷+槲皮素组(0.1+0.1 g.kg-1),每组10只,采用浓氨水致咳的小鼠模型研究镇咳作用,记录小鼠3 min内的咳嗽次数。采用析因方差分析判断药物间是否存在交互影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,芒果苷组有镇咳作用(P<0.05),槲皮素组和没食子酸组则无(P>0.05)。芒果苷+槲皮素组的镇咳作用明显强于芒果苷组(P<0.01);芒果苷+没食子酸组的镇咳作用与芒果苷组相当(P>0.05)。结论:芒果苷和槲皮素合用,有协同镇咳作用,能明显提高芒果苷的镇咳药效。芒果苷与没食子酸之间没有交互影响,两者合用,只表现出芒果苷的镇咳药效。 Objective:Mangiferin,quercetin and gallic acid are the main chemical compositions of mango leaves with a content of more than 2% each.This article is to investigate the interaction effects of mangiferin and quercetin/gallic acid when they were used together for antitussive purpose.Method:Ammonia-induced cough model was employed to study antitussive effect.Factorial analysis of variance was employed to study interaction effects.Result:Compared with the 'mangiferin group',the antitussive effect of 'mangiferin+quercetin group' was stronger(P0.01),while the effect of 'mangiferin+ gallic acid group' was equal(P0.05).Conclusion:There exists interaction between mangiferin and quercetin;quercetin can significantly improve mangiferin's antitussive effect.No interaction effect between mangiferin and gallic acid;gallic acid indicates no antitussive effect when it is taken orally together with mangiferin.
