摘要
目的观察探讨外周神经阻滞麻醉的临床应用及其效果,总结其临床价值。方法选取2008年1月～2010年1月102例应用外周神经阻滞麻醉的患者,其中坐骨神经联合股神经阻滞7例,坐骨神经阻滞9例,下肢手术股神经阻滞29例,上肢手术臂丛神经阻滞41例,经尿道膀胱癌电切术闭孔神经阻滞16例,观察麻醉阻滞效果。结果不同部位的神经阻滞注射局麻药时的阈电流值及麻醉效果良好率对比无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论外周神经阻滞麻醉的临床应用效果良好,能通过神经刺激器进行准备的穿刺定位,痛苦小,安全可靠,值得在临床上合理推广应用。
Objective To observe the study of peripheral nerve block anesthesia in clinical applications and its effects, concluded its clinical value. Methods Our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 102 cases of application of peripheral nerve block anesthesia in patients, which combined sciatic femoral nerve block in 7 cases, 9 cases of sciatic nerve block, femoral nerve block for lower limb surgery, 29 cases brachial plexus block in upper extremity surgery in 41 cases, transurethral resection of bladder cancer obturator nerve block in 16 cases, observed effects of anesthetic block. Results Different parts of the nerve block injection of local anesthetic when the anesthetic effect of the threshold current value and a good rate compared no significant difference （P〉0.05）, not statistically significant. Conclusion The peripheral nerve block anesthesia clinical result is good, through the preparation of the nerve stimulator needle positioning, pain, safe, reliable, reasonable in clinical application.
