摘要
本文简述了CEMS比对监测的定义及法规背景,指出比对监测在CEMS运营管理中的重要作用;以某一火电厂为例,对比对依据、标准及实施过程进行了论述;并从监督管理及现场监测的角度,提出了相应的问题及经验建议。
The definition and regulation background of comparative monitoring for CEMS were described. Itwas important for the comparative monitoring to run and manage CEMS.
