摘要
对高频燃烧-红外吸收法测定电解金属锰中的低碳低硫进行了研究。实验就几种助熔剂用量、试样量进行了研究,实验结果表明:在0.4g锡铁混合助熔剂+1.5g钨粒助熔剂,试样量0.5g的条件下,电解金属锰中碳硫检出限为C%=0.0015,S%=0.00021,准确度和精密度高于国家标准方法,标样回收率碳94%-105%,硫95%-06%。
We have now made a study of the test of low Carbon and low Sulfur contents in electrolytic manganese metal by the high frequency in burning-infrared method in this paper. Effects of the dosage of flux, sample addic- tive on the contents of carbon and sulfur determination were investigated. The result shows that under the condition of 0.4 g tin and iron flux + 1.5 g tungsten flux sample addictive 0.5 g and the detection limit was 0.001 5 % of carbon. 0. 000 21% of sulfur(mass fraction) and the accuracy, including precision are higher than national standards method. The recovery of master sample was 94 - 105% of Carbon and 95 - 106% of Sulfur.
